.) voted for Trump... Why? The Ds went neolib (pro econopathy,) dumped the New Deal, and abandoned labor. Forty+ years of ignoring the majority working class while doing all they can to make the world safe for multinational corporations through the WTO, NAFTA, etc.

.) D loyalists, upper middle class administrators and professionals the party actually represents, are bewildered by election results. They call voters "stupid." How smart is it to diss voters needed to win? How smart is never noticing the Rust Belt, decades of neglect, or the well documented deaths of despair? Are we supposed to just suffer silently? Learn the difference between political desperation and MAGA cultists. We're not a bunch of racist idiots. Since we lessers are invisible to D elitists, of course they don't see ones like me who are also LGBTQ and BIPOC.

.) We're also repeatedly told "vote for the lesser of two evils" by party apologists who insist if we don't, we're to blame. As if non-evil were impossible or we deserve no better--such condescending nonsense! Anything to avoid their own responsibility for a seriously diminished D party. Especially when a few D candidates do run explicitly as pro-labor progressives; some have already won.

.) That "spoiler" claim is another bit of arrogance. As the young Bernie supporters said to the D party elite: "Get this through your thick skulls. You don't own us; our votes don't belong to you. Come up with someone worth voting for, and we'll consider it." But no. The Ivy D elite continues with Schumer types seeking nothing more than re-election. Offering the same old neolib econ policies that have decimated working people while rewarding greedy 1%ers.

.) Labor leaders and Dem friends?! C'mon; take off the blinkers! How much more evidence do you need to see we're not welcome to this party? I was a rank & file blue collar union activist for 28 years and a local D campaign mgr. I realize how difficult your calling is. But with "friends" like these... well, read my previous points. Perhaps we should say NO before there are none of us left to say no.
